Job Description:

• Provide admin support and receptionist duties
• Receive the service request from customer
• Handle customer inquiry
• Perform paperwork according to customer order
• Perform system update
• Handle and follow up with subcontractor on daily issue and report
• Handle internal and external report
• Issue the invoice to customer and handle the billing issue

Requirements:

• 2 years or above relative working experience
• Form 7 or above
• Familiar in MS Office would be an advantage
• Hard working, willing to learn and open to take challenging assignments
• Detail minder
