Responsibilities:

• Lead a purchasing team to source direct and in-direct material / production equipment.
• Manage the impact of costs, inventory, and on time delivery from suppliers.
• Evaluate and monitor suppliers performance to ensure quality, safety standards and schedules are meet.
• Develop and execute procurement and purchasing strategies which align with the company direction.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Purchasing/ Supply chain management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years sourcing and purchasing experience
• Experience in multinational companies with PRC manufacturing background is an advantage.
• Well versed with ERP system preferred
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical and negotiation skills
• Fluency in written & spoken English & Chinese 
• Station in Dongguan, China
