Handle full set daily accounting function - reporting to the Finance Director. This position's principle role is to assist in all finance and administration function of Ximco Corporation.

Requirements :-

• Diploma or degree in accounting or finance, interest & experience in the insurance business is a plus.
• More than three (3) years working experiences in accounting and bookkeeping.
• Meticulous , well organised , a deadline observer and a person of integrity
• Proficient in PC Operations & MS Office , experience in using accounting software MYOB is a plus
• Good command of English , Chinese and spoken Putonghua

Task Profile :-

• Handle full set of book(s), financial statements and management reports
• Assist in other finance and office administration related matters eg. banking
• To well maintain and account for Clients' fiduciary accounts
• Assist in compliance matters licencing related
• Assist and coordinate with auditors on year end audit(s) 
• Assist in analysis and other ad hoc duties
