Responsibilities:

• Handle general corporate and commercial legal matters in HK and / or PRC including cross-border transactions
• Review all legal and corporate documents and provide advice to different departments 
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and applicable laws and regulations
• Draft and review announcement, circular
• Liaise with external professional

 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 year PQE with hands-on experience in mainboard listing rules, SFO and other compliance regulation in HK, as well as experience in corporate transactions including M&A, JV, etc, PRC exposure a plus
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Good team player and able to work under pressure
• Occasional travel is required
