One of the largest property developer globally, with a growing reputation for building innovative and functional spaces and providing enriching experiences and value for its customers.  Developments in the residential, retail and commercial sectors with a mixed portfolio of high-end assets; and is now seeking a number of leasing professional to join their mixed-use project in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:  

• Responsible for all tenancy management activities for the company, and will be the assigned key point of contact with the tenants for all the properties.
• Provide guidance to new tenants on building fit-out procedures, and be responsible for hand-over of tenant premises in accordance with checklist and follow up and close all defects identified.
• Responsible for monthly tenancy management reporting, compiling of approved design occupant load and update building fit out manuals periodically.
• Working closely with Property Management team to follow up closely with tenant's project managers / contractors to ensure compliance with local authority and building standards and requirements on layouts, fit-out & revamp works.
• Develop leasing strategies, guidelines, T&C for the portfolio
• Develop and implement asset plans, including leasing strategies & positioning, buget planning, rental forecast
• Mange the delivery of excellent customer services consistent with the company's service

Requirements: 

• 6+ years’ in retail / office / residential properties leasing & tenancy management for real estate properties in Hong Kong
• Degree holder in Real Estate, Business Administration, Surveying or related field
• Ability to develop new clients/tenants network
• Experience from Property Developer will be advantageous
• Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
