A top tier Luxury Retail brand seeks a Wholesale Manager to manage key relationships across the Hong Kong and Macau region, working directly with the Greater China CEO to spearhead the strategy and direction of the department as the business continues its growth.

 Primary Responsibilities

• Build and establish strong relationships with key vendors and stakeholders across the Hong Kong and Macau region
• Drive business growth and ensure that financial goals and qualitative objectives are met.
• Help to implement and regularly update a sustainable distribution strategy that will enable the brand to achieve its quantitative and qualitative objectives.
• Ensure that the highest level of customer service is delivered to clients, internal or external.
• Lead the sales team to ensure that all functions are efficiently performed.
• Ensure that all appropriate resources are available to meet the targets.
• Efficiently support the Client Care initiatives.

 Requirements

• University Degree, preferably in Business Management, Economics or Marketing.
• Minimum 6 years working experience in a similar position in the luxury retail industry with a sustained performance track record.
• Experience in both wholesale and retail.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and business sense, customer focus.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
