Our client, a Japanese telecommunication company, is now seeking a Sales Executive who can handle their daily business in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, billing request form, presentation materials and other related works
• Support Sales staff in customers’ enquires
• Communicate with Telecom carrier and Japan HQ

Requirements

• 2 years experiences in Sales administrative work
• Good knowledge in IT related will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Supportive, cooperative and cheerful characters
• Fluent spoken in English and Cantonese. Putonghua and Japanese will be an advantage
