Job Description
We are currently looking for a seasoned professional as a business head to lead our fast growing business.
Responsibilities
- Be the sales lead and take leadership of a sales and delivery team
- Review and sign off on monthly company P&L and propose areas the can be made more profitable
- Establish KPI’s around revenue, activity and number of opportunities created per team member
- Agree monthly and annual revenue targets with VP and ensure delivery of revenue target
- Coach, mentor and motivate team to deliver sales quota and maintain high morale
- Create Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Incentives to drive and motivate team
- Facilitate weekly 121’s with team to track revenue and KPI performance
- Lead team in growing existing customer base through up-selling full suite of Encore services and driving increases in customer referrals
- Build & maintain relationships with strategic partners to drive international expansion of Encore business
- Enforce the use of Salesforce to ensure all leads, meetings, opportunities and wins are entered accurately for full visibility of 30/60/90 day pipeline
- Lead team on acquisition of new logo’s/accounts across Hong Kong with clear focus to generate increases in new business revenue.
- Develop cost efficient marketing strategies that strengthen Encore brand to increase volume of leads and enquiries
- Work with Compass Offices (sister company) to improve synergy of sales teams and processes to generate more leads for both Encore and Compass business
- Identify areas for potential team expansion and interview effectively to secure ‘best fit’ candidates for each role
- Develops a high level of territory knowledge within all the following areas: competition, industry segments, market segments, target companies
- Uncover and alleviate bottlenecks to maximize efficiency of internal processes and operations
Requirements
- A self-starter with plenty of drive and a great attitude to move the business forward
- Strong interest building a Tier 1 corporate services business that can be scaled across Asia
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Sales Management/leadership with proven track record of success
- Candidate with sales management experience in new business acquisition is advantageous
- Candidate with experience in the corporate services business is highly preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to C suite
- Fluent communication skills in English
