Responsibilities:

• Prepare shipping documents and reports to forwarders/couriers and customers, be responsible for Trade Declaration
• Co-ordinate with internal and external parties to ensure shipment pick/packed correctly and released timely
• Update shipment information into the system
• Ad hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Secondary or above, minimum 1 year clerical experience, gained in logistics/shipping field preferred
• Hard working and responsible
• Proficient with MS Office, especially in Excel
• Having knowledge of SAP and WMS is absolutely a plus
• Good command of English, mandarin is an advantage
• Immediately available is preferred
• Candidate with more experience can apply for Senior Logistics Clerk
