- Handling shipping, I/E documents and processing L/C documents

- Prepare invoices and purchasing documents

- Respond to customer and supplier inquiries

- Liaise with forwarders, transportation company and internal parties

- Perform general clerical duties, PC operations and routine work

- Knowledge in full set accountings is a plus

- 2 years or above working experience

- F. 5 or above

- Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English

- Good Knowledge of PC operations including MS office & Chinese WP
