Your Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts
• Perform routine accounting functions, AR & AP, data entries, purchase orders, invoices
• Maintain proper accounting records according to statutory requirements
• Arrange payments and prepare reconciliation reports
• Assist in month-end closing
• Assist in preparing management reports
• Assist in stock take procedures
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

 Your Profile

• Form 5 or above with LCCI Higher or above
• Minimum 2 years working experience in accounting is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, i.e. Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
• Knowledge in ACCPAC will be an advantage
• Diligent, self-motivated, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and good team player
• Willing to work overtime and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Immediate available is a must
