Requirement

• Diploma or above
• Min 1-2 yrs experience in sales administrative and preferably in Electronic/IT field
• knowledge in the raw material, component parts
• Good communication & negotiation skills in both English & Putonghua
• Hard-working, and positive attitude, willing to learn and able to work independent.
• Proficiency in MS Words and Excel

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and sales support to the company
• Establish potential vendors base for project development
• To manage & monitor the procurement process, material sourcing and suppliers selection
• Follow up purchase orders and liaise with supplier on delivery schedule
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
