Job Description:

• Incoming telephone calls handling in a professional and efficient manner
• Guest Greeting and handle enquirers
• Incoming & Outing mails & courier arrangement
• Conference and meeting rooms daily booking arrangement
• Administrative supports & other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• Experience as Receptionist is preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel & Word is a must
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin  
• Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill, able to work independently
• Immediate availability is preferred
