Responsibilities: 

• Handle travel arrangement, flight booking and hotel accommodation
• Arrangement for trip cash advance, expenses claims and reimbursement
• To provide professional secretarial support to senior executives
• Provide quality office administration services to ensure smooth office operation
• Record keeping, filing, document management, data entry
• Assist in organizing company events and staff activities
• Handle emergency tasks in weekend or non-office hours (if any)
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

 Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in any disciplines
• Minimum 3 years secretarial support to senior management level
• Previous Office Administration experience is an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills, organization skills, and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Work independently, Outgoing personality, efficient, responsible, well-organized, multi-task and able to work under pressure
• Good knowledge in MS office and Chinese Word processing   
• Immediate availability is preferred
