Job Nature：

• Reconciliation of main bank account. This includes matching of credit card, cash and on account sales.
• Responsible for daily accounting transactions & balance sheet;
• Arrange cheque payments;
• Prepare voucher and bank reconciliations;
• Handle other ad hoc duties when required;
• Assist to prepare monthly report

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with LCCI Intermediate or above;
• 2 years or above accounting experience in retail / supermarket industry preferred;
• Detail-oriented to handle routine data entry accurately;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese;
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office and good typing skill;
• Knowledge of Peachtree/MYOB a bonus
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail minded able to work under pressure;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Immediately available is preferred;
