Responsibilities:

• Manage and build up new team
• To lead sales team to achieve business targets
• To offer total financial solutions to clients by leveraging products of Funds, Bonds, Notes, Equity and Insurance, etc.
• To work closely with Product and Support teams to offer suitable products and services to meet clients expectation
• To lead sales team compliance with internal/external regulations and guideline

Requirements:

• Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, or related degrees
• At least 6 years' of experience in sales team head position in financial services industry
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and client relationship management
• Holder of SFC license RA1 or Type 1, 4, 8
