The Requirements are :-

• Report directly to the Head of Accident & Health Department, responsible for underwriting the Accident and Health business in accordance to the company projected profitability and expenses control
• Develop the A&H business in a profitable growth and assit in implementation of business strategies and formulation of portfolio planning
• Responsible for execution of product development plan and work with distribution channels to develop A&H business
• Perform technical underwriting of all types and size of A&H products within authorized framework
• Administers and monitors underwriting rules and guidelines, insurance laws and regulations, rating rules and models
• Handle policies administration, premium collection, and all other internal process administrative tasks
• Providing expert advice, guidance and coaching to less qualified and/or experienced colleagues to address technical referrals and raise standards and expertise across the technical community
• Managing customer interactions in an efficient, courteous and timely manner in order to deliver high standards of customer satisfaction
• University graduate in Insurance or Business Administration, with professional insurance qualifications preferred
• Min 5 years' relevant experience in Accident & Health insurance industry
• Able to handle the underwriting of complicated A&H cases independently
• Experience in developing business opportunities via intermediaries
• Experience in product development of A&H and Personal Lines
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands on PC knowledge and skills especially MS Word & Excel
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
