Our management trainee programme is a 2-year fast track training programme to advance your career to be our future management team and leader. To develop the trainees’ functional competence and to strengthen their professional skills, we will provide trainees with opportunities to gain all-round exposure, including cross-departmental attachment training, external training courses, working in different office in different cities and on-the-job coaching, etc. You will be able to learn:

Business sense
Business workflow and project management
Practical knowledge in Presentation and B2B Sales
Professional marketing skills

The Role
- Organize integrated e-marketing campaigns and solutions
- In charge of pitching and presentation to corporate clients to fulfil sales target
- Maintain good relationship with external stakeholders and existing clients
- Appraise and improve the marketing plans performance by using Data analytics
- Oversee the whole process of the business unit

Requirement
- 1+ years of experience in online marketing/B2B sales/Business Development, fresh graduates will also be considered
- Excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin ideally
- Aggressive, interpersonal, outgoing personality
- Knowledge in online marketing (e.g. SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media) is an advantage
- Immediate available is an advantage
