Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the formulation of marketing strategies and brand positioning for Plaza Premium Group at a global perspective
  • Establish the market position of Plaza Premium Group for B2B and B2C market, build and develop awareness of Plaza Premium Group core services amongst target audience
  • Lead the Corporate Marketing Department and regional marketing offices to drive and execute such strategies to strengthen the brand of Plaza Premium Group
  • Derive short / long term marketing plans for existing and new operations starting from the pre-opening stage to deliver high brand and commercial values to customers and to enhance Company brand recognition
  • Plan and drive different marketing campaigns/ initiatives including but not limited to campaigns, events, print and digital marketing
  • Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline all Marketing department personnel
  • Work closely with Sales, Project, Business Development and Operations to meet commercial objectives and implementation of strategies
  • Provide insight on market intelligence and industry trends; conduct customers, competitors and environment analysis to develop effective strategies
  • Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operations of marketing-related functions

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum of 15 years of solid experience in international marketing management. Experience and network in international Hospitality / Hotel / Travel industry is desired
  • Strong knowledge in local and regional markets trends and customer behaviors. Excellent analytical skills in guiding insight synthesis and identifying opportunities
  •  Proven ability to lead and take decisive actions, capability of working under pressure and prioritizing work with excellent time management
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong managerial ability especially in coaching, team development, cross-team cooperation and project management
  • Fluent and excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Frequent traveling is required
