Principle duties:

• Formulate and implement sales strategies for the company
• Build qualified sales pipelines and forecast
• Establish effective measurement to monitor and improve sales results
• Manage and motivate field force in achieving sales targets
• Manage and build relationships with key customers and healthcare professionals
• Monitor competition and market trends for business exploring

Requirements:

• Degree holder with over 7 years’ working experience in pharmaceutical sales
• At least 3 years of management experience
• Experience in Cardiovascular is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively interact with and support all levels of management
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
