RESPONSIBILITIES

• Constantly work with the store leadership team closely to ensure brand consistency for creating an excellent customer experience
• Monitor the budget and project planning
• Liaise and coordinate with vendors, production house, operation managers and marketing department
• To assist in production projects including window displays, instore highlights, events and promotions
• To plan coordinate ad follow up on production and installation for visual programs
• To introduce new resources and materials to creative exciting and innovative display concepts
• To work on concepts for creative programs and research assigned projects to support visual presentations
• To provide coaching to ensure the team are able to meet and exceed the standards and requirements.
• Work closely with retail team to incorporate their needs to fit the brand specifications and guidelines.
• Compile and prepare VM report and defect summary after shops visit for analysis and action plans
• Handle VM operation process, payment processing and provide administrative support to the team

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 4-10 years of visual merchandising experience in sports retail industry
• Floor sales/ management or handling retailers experience will be an asset
• Creative, dynamic and with strong in sports industry
• Procifient in design application e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator
• Good command in spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Great communication skills and able to work in a fast pace environment
• Must be hardworking, adaptable and cheerful
• Willing to travel if necessary
