Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Supervise and monitor the daily pastry operation; to ensure the production is efficient; on-time; and profitable
- Manage the quality, cost & budget; P&L, etc
- Review the operation and provide improvement for the production line;
- Provide technical support and support staff in problem solving
- Stable working time (Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:30pm)
Requirements:
- Good command of both spoken & written English and Mandarin
- Bakery Certificate with at least 1-2 years related working experience
(Cake decoration working experience preferred) - Has passion and good knowledge of baking and sugar craft
- Has strong attention to details and artistic sense
- Good communication skills; flexible and able to work under pressure
