Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting operations and month-end closing
• Verify vendors' invoices and arrange settlement
• Monitor the cashflow effectively
• Ensure all the payments are booked per monthly deadline
• Communicate with vendors, customers and other external parties
• Quotations
• Other ad hoc duties or reports as required
  
  

Requirements:

• High Diploma in Accounting with LCC Inter qualification.
• Minimum 3 years' accounting experience
• Detail minded
• Self motivated, independent, strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in MYOB, MS Office, especially excel is a MUST.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
