Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate specifications related to the Operations Team’s project
• Collect and analyze information from system users to prepare user requirements
• Evaluate alternative IT solutions on operation process & make appropriate recommendations to users
• Provide project administrative support, including user requirement; UAT planning; communication planning; and system and procedural manuals documentation
• Supervise the document process team and ensure daily administrative service provided are in good quality and meet the service standard.
• Ad hoc initiatives as assigned by management from time to time

Requirements:

• University Graduate or Tertiary qualification preferred.
• At least 3 years experience in insurance industry(preferably in operation) or financial service environment, and of which minimum 1 years at supervisory level
• Well versed in Life400/ Life Asia, imaging or online business information and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS excel, Access; knowledge of database system preferable.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and with people at all level
• Initiative, independent, analytical, patient and able to work under pressure
• Experience in development of test scenarios and test plans.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

(Candidates with less experience can be considered as Executive)
