Job Duties:

Monitor and handle full spectrum of HR routine services including but not limited to monthly payroll administration, administer staffs’ benefits program such as MPF and group’s insurance schemes. Follow up staffs’ movement, employee relation, onboarding and offboarding processes. 

Lead annual compensation & benefit projects including annual salary review, discretionary performance bonus exercise; staff cost budget projection and salary benchmarking.

Prepare annual tax filings to Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department. 

Provide supports and advices to internal stakeholders on HR related issues.

Provide recruitment services to line managers

Prepare and submit interval reports to cope with business needs.  

Engage in HR ad-hoc projects.

Oversee office administration activities.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Management preferred

Minimum 5 years experiences in Personnel/HR related discipline

Well versed in legal regulations of Hong Kong in HR related field e.g. Hong Kong Employment Ordinances, salary tax Issues etc.

Knowledge in PRC labor Laws and related area is a plus.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Computer proficiency in MS Office is a Must

Core working place in Hong Kong but is required to periodically travel to factory at Hui Yang, China (1 hour travel distance from Shenzhen).
