We have a number of positions available with leading global consultancies and international fit-out contractors working on a range of projects in Hong Kong based in the office or on site.

Requirements:

• Degree, Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building Studies
• RICS Corporate Member preferred
• Contract administration and commercial management
• Provide measurement and valuation to the project.
• Assist in pre-contract and post contract administration
• Experience in budgeting, tendering, estimating and cost control
• Manage and review contractors. Sub-contractors, suppliers quotations
• Invoices & payments, reports financial cost, cash flow projections
• Preparation of final accounts
• Experience in commercial fit-out projects
• Good written and verbal English language skills
• Good computer skills
