Job Description:

• Advise on and monitor compliance with legal and contractual requirements for health & safety
• Report to management on performance
• Identify uncontrolled risks and assist with follow-up incidents, and non-compliance (including those identified by authorities or clients)
• Provide advice on health and safety matters
• Assist with the preparation, update and implementtion of the company/project health and safety management system or plan
• conduct inspections of Health & Safety standards, conditions and practices
• Conduct Induction and other Health & Safety related Training
• Prepare Monthly Health & Safety Reports
• Review documentation on request in relation to health & safety requirements
• Management the reporting of Accidents, Incidents, Dangerous Occurrences, Legal Infringements, and assist with their investigation and follow-up
• Arrange project Health & Safety Committees or Meetings
• Respond to Emergency Situations
• Assist Safety Officer to carry out specific parts of the role
• Applicants with lesser experience may be considered as Safety Supervisor. Safety Officer Training Programme will be provided.

Requirement:

• Minimum Form 5 level; Diploma Level in any discipline is preferred
• Familiar with PC usage, such as WORDS, EXCEL
• Safety Supervisor Certificate or related experience in construction site is preferable
• Basic Chinese & English report writing is necessary
