ESTATES OFFICE

The appointee will be reporting to the Manager/Assistant Manager (Cost and Contract Management) and will assist in monitoring the cost and contractual aspects of the capital woks and the alterations, additions, repairs and improvements works of the University.

Applicants should have a recognised first degree/Associate Degree/Professional Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building Surveying/Building Studies or related disciplines with a minimum of five years of work experience in quantity surveying or related fields. Experience in handling Government-funded projects would be advantageous. Applicants with less qualification and experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Officer.

Appointment will be made on a two-year contract.

Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
