Responsibilities:

• Research & develop new product and new technology import, including leading process review, proofing or trial production of new products, specifications, etc, followed by testing and evaluating its functionality with prototype.
• Responsible for the test of new material and new process, maintain and improve the quality management system, in conjunction with the production department.
• Design review, product construction and tooling design with OEM suppliers and implement improvements whenever needed.
• To provide project follow up, compliance testing, product performance testing and document control
• To support project team and supplier in production implementation and quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate, manage, and conduct multiple projects within tight deadlines.
• Work with vendor to resolve quality issue identified and drive for improvement.
• Obtain and learn updates on latest technology & requirements in houseware industry.
• Deliver on time all assigned tasks to achieve the team common goals.
• Participate in internal and external pre-production meeting
• Visit factory regularly to ensure smooth production
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering or material engineering or above
• Minimum 5 years or rich experience in Molding or houseware products would be an advantage
• Sound experience in plastic injection molding
• Familiar with ISO-9001 and ISO-14001 system related knowledge
• Good command of both spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
• Detail-minded with multiple-tasking capabilities, good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• High sense of responsibility, meticulous work attitude, positive and uplifting
• Knowledge of ERP will be an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Willing to travel or station in Shenzhen
