崗位職責:

• 根據公司業務需要，拓展和維護優質加盟商，完成招商任務和銷售指標
• 制定和完善加盟商考核制度，定期對招商方法進行評估和修改，實施對相關加盟商的考核和獎懲
• 關注主要競爭品牌的拓展計劃，進行分析和比較
• 定期向香港總公司匯報及進行會議

崗位要求:

• 5年以上相關工作經驗，包括知名國內服裝品牌 (例如: 休閒服、運動服)
• 熟悉國內市場的加盟渠道和各項業務，有良好的業內人脈資源
• 精通加盟招商流程，能夠建立系統的加盟商管理流程及體系，具有獨立進行業務談判和交涉能力
• 表達溝通和人際交往能力強，善於談判，誠信敬業
• 有較強的工作計劃性，能夠按照工作計劃穩步推進，達成公司營運指標
• 良好中文、英文及普通話
• 即時上班者優先
