Reporting lines:
Reporting directly to Business Development & IT Manager


Objective:
To identify system improvements and recommend changes in business practice. To assist in development & deployment of the IT strategy and new system.


Responsibilities:
will include but not be limited to the following-

• To provide IT maintenance & support the Network
• On a daily basis, analyze the flow of information and the quality & timeliness of data capture.
• Identify gaps in information and assist/educate/train users  
• To create and keep current a User Manual
• To keep current the information database and provide senior management with reports highlighting business performance issues and trends
• Identify system and business issues and act as the conduit between the user and the system administrator, coordinating user feedback, problems and system enhancement requests
• To highlight areas where costs can be reduced and efficiency improved through the effective use of systems & improved processes
• To provide User Acceptance Testing & ongoing technical development support  
• To develop / enhance and maintain the company’s websites & Apps
• To deploy the group IT strategy & continuously monitor the company’s development of technology to support our business requirements
  
  

Attributes:

• University graduate
• Excellent command of written & spoken English
• Proficiency in other languages will be an advantage
• Strong technical & interpersonal skills, proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic and hard working, with the ability to work autonomously

Technical experience / qualifications:
Network: Windows Environment, Network Security, Network Setup & configuration, Desktops/ PCs Operating System:Microsoft Windows Server NT,Sun Solaris, Linux, Oracle Virtual Box
Database: Oracle, MS-SQL, MySQ is must
