Responsibilities: 

• Provide support in IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops and other office peripherals;
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting in PC environment;
• Assist other IT team members in system upgrade;
• Participate in existing and new applications projects

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline;
• Experience in Windows operating system, network and PC support, as well as troubleshooting PC hardware, software and peripherals an advantage;
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua);
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, hardworking and a good team player;
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
