What will you do?

• Partnering with both multinational companies & innovative start-ups to identify potential candidates 
• Research on the IT Market Trend; be familiar with the latest technology and hiring trend in the market.
• Map out the candidate pool and categorize them according to skills and experiences.
• Actively approach candidates in the market.

To be the right fit for this role, you will need:

• University degree in any discipline (IT-related degree will be a STRONG PLUS)
• At least 2 years of experience in a result-oriented, sales-driven environment (or previous experience working for a recruitment agency)
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills in English & Cantonese
• Entrepreneurial mind-set and desire to work in a high-competitive environment
