Responsibilities:

• Responsible for controlling CAD machine including grading, marker layout for consumption, pattern comparison, pattern adjustment, data input, etc,...
• Demonstrates effective communication and close working relationships with QA department, Merchant Team, Fabric Team and New York Tech Team
• Building trust and credibility with New York Teams
• Providing clear and precise comments and construction support to factories
• Developing and supporting assigned factories to meet the requirements and standards of Tory Burch
• Engaged in fitting process with designers and models
• Inputting data, responding to daily emails, problem solving and completing daily work tasks

 Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in using CAD Machine (knowledgeable in grading, marker layout for consumption, pattern comparison, pattern adjustment, data input, etc,...)
• At least 8 years of technical experience in woven and knit garment
• Knowledgeable in technical pattern and solid experience with model-fitting
• Must be strong in digital literacy with the use of excel, word, power point and daily emails
• Knowledge in PDM System is preferred
• Must have experience in working with factories in China (/Asia) (experience in working with oversea factories is preferred)
• Strong problem solving and communication skills to work with internal counterparts
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
