Responsibilities 

• To review and develop HR related strategies, policies and practices to retain and motivate talent of the organization;
• To follow up and manage the payroll process, including the development and implementation of HRIS system;
• To handle all personnel matters, including employee records management, compensation and benefits, staff development and trainging as well as other HR related administration duties etc;
• To oversee the performance and reward management systems and its related policies and practices;
• To nurture positive organizational culture and employee relations to align with organizational vision and mission; and
• To provide secretariat support to the Executive Director, Committees and Management Team. 

Requirements 

•  Have at least 5 years related working experience
•  NGO experience and good HRIS knowledge is a plus
•  Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Word Processing
•  Be a good team player, independent, self-motivated, positive thinking with good interpersonal skills and able to deal with challenges
•  Fluent in Cantonese and English
•  Have passion in working with children and charity sector
•  Immediate available is highly preferable
