Responsibilities

• Oversee the warehouse and daily operations of a logistics team in alignment with internal policy and client’s request
• Formulate policies and set operating procedures for inventory, warehouse and logistics management
• Set and achieve KPI agreed with the client and conduct internal KPI review regularly
• Prepare Financial & Services level reports of the project
• Streamline operations workflow to achieve cost effectiveness
• Follow up and make necessary recommendations on all existing, potential or renewal business
• Supervise subordinates in the team and perform personnel function in recruitment and appraisal

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree holder or above in  Logistics, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines
• At least 6 years’ experience in warehouse operations preferable in Food & Beverage industry with at least 3 years in managerial level
• Have experience in preparing profit and loss account
• Good Command of verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Good analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions
• Able to work under pressure and handle complicated issues with flexibility
• Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills
• Immediate available is highly preferable
