The incumbent is responsible to assist the manager in leading and managing the overall operations of warehouse, administration and development of the team to ensure high quality service in line with company policy and operation standards.

 Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal department and external party on the issues related to warehouse operation which fulfill company service standard
• Deploy the resource to achieve department goals in cost effective way
• Lead the warehouse team to achieve the Company objectives
• Motivate the staff and increase staff retention
• Ensure and provide a healthy & safe workplace environment to subordinate
• Educate the subordinate about the importance of meeting with health & safety requirements

 Requirements: 

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 2 years working experience in warehouse management
• Computer literate. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Possess core competence including leadership, team steering, relationship building, and sense of responsibility
• Working location: Chek Lap Kok
