Job Description
We are looking for a full time Investigations Clerk to provide clerical support to our professional staff in our Hong Kong office.
Duties will include:
- Paginating documents
- Photocopying documents or reviewing and arranging for photocopying
- Filing of documents
- Delivering documents
- Binding documents
- Arranging for storage of documents in warehouse
- Preparing labels
- Preparing lists of documents
- Mailing letters
- Updating bank transactions
- Depositing cheques
The successful applicant will be:-
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Reliable and able to work under pressure
- Willing to travel
- Able to multi tasks with a high level of detail and accuracy
- Able to demonstrate professionalism and maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Highly organised, efficient and well-presented
- Good at spoken and written English and Chinese
- Prepared, if necessary, to work beyond regular office hours as may be reasonably required by the Company
