Responsibilities

• Conduct daily accounting entries, data input & bank reconciliation for a group of companies
• Handle daily bank transactions, which include but not limited to trade-related transactions and office/ directors’ expenses transactions
• Prepare daily payment / receipt and remittance
• Maintain and reconcile A/P & A/R sub-ledgers
• Update accounts data at Oracle system
• Assist to handle bills related bank transactions such as retirement of T/R loans, negotiation of export bills, follow up on non-payment of export bills which are due for payment
• Assist Manager to prepare Export bills receivables reports
• Maintain proper documentation and filing system for trading accounts team
• Assist in general daily accounting operation & other ad hoc assignments as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Accounting diploma or above, active student member of ACCA/HKICPA is an advantage
• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Good in spoken & written English & Chinese
• Hands-on experience in Oracle / ERP system is a must
• Proficient in MS word, excel, outlook and internet banking
• Detail oriented, positive attitude and self-motivated to achieve job targets/reporting deadlines
• Knowledge on import and export bills is preferable
• Immediate available is preferred
