Job Responsibilities

◊       Assist in tax returns, preparing and filing documents for tax and customs audit

◊       Prepare and compile presentation materials, meeting notes and tax records

◊       Prepare monthly newsletters and reports

◊       Conduct research on tax news in the region

◊       Assist in seminar organization and support logistics arrangement

◊       Coordinate incoming and outgoing mailings

◊       Provide general administrative support to Tax Director

Key Requirements & Competencies:

◊       University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Risk Management

◊       Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

◊       Pleasant, mature, outgoing and self-motivated

◊       Detail-oriented, organized and willing to work overtime

◊       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

◊       Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word, and Simplified Chinese word processing

◊       University student and fresh graduate will be considered

◊       Contract will be extended based on mutual agreement

◊       Relevant tax experience in international firm will be a plus
