Responsibilities:

• C&B duties including maintenance of staff attendance, roster and leave records, prepare monthly payroll, MPF administration, taxation and employee benefits matters, and handle staff disciplinary issues, work injury cases and labour dispute cases.
• Recruitment duties including selection and interview.
• Maintain employees' personal records, prepare memo, employment contracts and relevant correspondence in Chinese and English.
• Conduct regular market analysis and prepare remuneration survey for salary review purpose.
• Support the implementation of HR and administrative procedures and policies.
• Assist in staff relations activities and training programs.
• Perform any other administration duties as assigned by the company.    

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines. 
• Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant working experience in sizable company, experience in retail industry is a must.
• Familiar with Employment Ordinances and MPF and related regulations;
• With good time management, attentive to details and able to work under pressure 
• Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese.
• Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint, Chinese word processing
