What you will experience:

Reporting to Head of Human Resources, the job holder will have strong business partnering exposure and projects experience in all-rounded human resources interventions from talent acquisitions, reward management to performance management and employee communications so as to help facilitate people growth for business growth.

Talent Acquisition - Provide professional consultation, services and partnership with line managers on talent acquisition and manpower planning as well as support in employer branding initiatives.

Reward Management - Support in reward management projects.  Handle, liaise with and monitor C&B services providers for continuous improvement in services, processes and efficiency.  Lead C&B analysis and reporting.

Performance, Learning and Development - Support in global initiatives on performance management for high performing organization.  Facilitate the implementation of programs to strengthen the learning culture and talent development.

Employee Communications and Engagement - Partner with multiple stakeholders and lead employee communications and engagement initiatives.  Support in employee survey implementation, action planning and progress monitoring.

Talent we are looking for:

• Bachelor degree major in Human Resources or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years solid HR experience preferably in FMCG multinationals
• Mature, strong collaboration and effective communications
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP HR is preferred
• Team player, willing to work in dynamic environment
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Those with less experience will be considered Senior Executive
• Immediate available preferred
