• The successful candidate will be a highly experienced Senior Architect, with a local or internationally recognised registration (HKIA, AIA, RIBA etc) and strong education background.

• This candidate will also have extensive project design and delivery experience in Hong Kong and China, within the commercial and mixed use sectors.

• Our client is looking for someone with strong design talent who can communicate visually and verbally with some of their top clients in the region.

• They envisage this role encompassing work across the whole design spectrum so you should be confident at all design stages, from earliest concept through to technical delivery.

• Our client also wants to speak to candidates with solid experience dealing with clients and who have ideally taken on a business development role in their previous companies.

• This is also a team leadership opportunity and you will take on a key role in growing the design team and mentoring your team.

• It would be advantageous if candidates have a strong academic connection including positions within academia and as lecturers for example.
