We're looking for passionate developers to help set a new standard for financial and e-commerce websites. You will leverage modern tools to build beautiful and intuitive applications.

As a leader, you will help manage and work alongside several teams of JavaScript developers to solve complex user-focused problems. You will be responsible for designing and executing solutions using JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular and Ember. As a team lead, you will help define and enforce best practices across teams.

What You Will be Doing:

• Work closely with an amazing product design team to develop and iterate on user interfaces that bring simplicity to complicated financial data
• Develop web applications with cutting edge technology
• Develop e-Commerce applications
• Engage in greenfield development projects
• Help build out a modular, customizable, internationalized, mobile-responsive platform
• Front-end and back-end development on web applications
• Work with Data Scientists to design and run user experiments to help gauge the impact of new features
• Prototype applications to evaluate new technologies as appropriate
• Enhance the performance of existing applications, and services
• Work with a large team of engineers in a cross-functional environment implementing high-quality products
• Build and maintain innovative and engaging web applications for worldwide audiences
• Advise and collaborate with many Enterprise development and product teams
• Plan development projects in an Agile-focused environment with focus on fast-paced delivery and thoughtful iteration.
• Push technology, challenge established thinking and discover new ways of approaching (and solving) a problem.
• Provide status of engineering efforts on a daily basis

We're Looking for Someone With:

• Strong CS fundamentals
• A minimum of 2 years of industry experience
• Experience developing consumer-facing web applications
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery
• Experience with modern web development tools and frameworks like AngularJS, React, Node and Ember is a plus but not compulsory
• Familiarity with PHP and C++ is a plus but not compulsory
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
• Strong interest in building a career in the long-term sustainable commercial sector
• Dynamic and tenacious individual (Essential) with a 'positive & winning-attitude'
  
• Experience working closely with UX and visual design teams 
• Strong Communications in English
