Specific responsibilities of the position: 
Logistics Handling
• Day to day communicate with forwarder, shipping company, airline, handle the shipment import to Hong Kong.
• Provide forecast to warehouse, ensure enough space for storage, labelling, sorting is on-time finished.
• According to sales order, send delivery order to warehouse and instruct to sort, pick & pack the order, ensure the goods timely distribute to customers; 
• Book space with logistics suppliers for export shipments by sea freight, air freight or road transport, ship to required free trade zone;
• Apply & issue export license and related shipping docs, comply with customs & CIQ regulation;
• Verify freight & warehousing monthly payments;
• Inventory data maintenance in ERP system in timely manner;
• Instruct & monitor warehouse to dispose those defective and expiry goods;
• Deal with damaged claim with suppliers or insurance company;
• Seek for solution to exceptional cases, keep cross function department well informed of status;
• Integrated role;

3PL management
• Negotiate with logistics suppliers to get competitive price & good control on the cost; 
• Monitor & manage 3PL / warehousing / express company, ensure performance is meet our KPI;
• Stock take once a month, ensure the actual inventory is matched with inventory report in ERP system;

Overall
• Learn & keep updates on new policy of cross border e-commerce, customs and CIQ ensure all processes are fulfilled laws and regulations;
• Maintain good relationship with cross function team and internal customer;
• Enterprise registration for import and export with HK government;
• Build up trust relationship with government;
• Process improvement;
• Well handle multiple brands;

Specific requirements for the position:
Essentials:
• Bachelor degree, 3 years’ relevant experience in logistics, cross border e-commerce, food/functional supplyment import & warehouse management;
• Good sense of time management, well manage priorities and targets;
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Familiar with the process of cross border e-commerce import, and normal trade import/export by sea freight, air freight and road transportation operation, warehouse;
• Ability to manage 3PL to meet high service standard;
• Analytical skills with good sense of the big picture as well as a keen eye for details;
• Mature, self-motivated, strong result-orientation, able to work under pressure;
• Be flexible & positive to face the changes;
• High enthusiasm to learn, think & do;
• Good reading, written and oral English & Cantonese;
• Able to travel;

Preferred: 
• 2 years’ experience in cross border e-commerce;
• Working experience in foodstuff & FMCG industry is preferable;
