Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in handling of recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits;
- Handle payroll matters such as preparing monthly payroll calculation, leave administration, tax returns, MPF contributions, etc.;
- Assist in on-boarding, orientation programs and exit interviews;
- Prepare and handle various ad hoc HR reports & projects for management review;
- Handle work permit & visa application as requested;
- Schedule and arrange the summer / winter internship programs.
Applicants should have:
- Degree in HR Management;
- A minimum of 3 -5 years’ HR experience (preferably in a law firm) and familiar with the requirements of the Law Society of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Labour Ordinance;
- Proficiency in MS word and MS Excel;
- Fluent communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (preferable);
- Should be well organized, flexible and able to work independently.
Candidate with less experience can be considered as HR Officer.
