Responsibilities

• Handle insurance documentation, manage filing and records, update internal system;
• Follow up with insurance applications;
• Provide professional financial planning services to clients;
• Provide customer service;
• Provide operational support for after sales services;
• This is not a sales position and there is no sales target requirement.

Requirements

• F.5 or above; with professional insurance qualifications (IIQE I, III, V are required);
• Good command of Cantonese, English & Putonghua. Fluent Putonghua will be an advantage;
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills;
• Early availability is preferred;
• Relevant experience in insurance administration or sales is preferred.
