You will be reporting to the Director and leading a mid-size finance team. Your main responsibility is to oversee the financial and management reporting for the group, in particular managing cash flow. You will be enhancing financial management procedures / internal control, take part in ad hoc projects and liaise with external parties if required.

Job Requirements

CPA and CFA Qualified plus 10-15 years solid financial management experiences in Listed companies.
Experience in handle IPO procedure
Be familiar with listing rules, takeovers code, worldwide accounting and taxation standards;
Have strong commercial orientation and analytical skills with high integrity and good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
Be able to understand the strong value that the company places on building relationships whether it being with staff, suppliers, customers or other key stakeholders and business partners;
Possess high level of leadership skill through a energetic, enthusiastic and lead by example approach;
Good communication and negotiation skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
Flexibility to do travel trips.
