Customer Service Clerk

Job Requirements:

• F. 5 graduate or above
• Mainland University graduate is preferable
• Good spoken Mandarin
• Good telephone manner, interpersonal & communication skills
• Answering hotline, Handling enquiries & complaints from customers, General clerical duties, Greet customers in a good manner
• Proficiency on PC and word-processing (both English and Chinese), at least 30wpm in Chinese
• Attention to details, with good common sense, self-initiative and able to work independently
• Immediate available is highly preferred

職位要求：

• 中五學歷或以上
• 內地大學畢業生優先
• 良好普通話
• 良好的電話禮儀，良好人際溝通能力
• 接聽熱線, 解答客戶查詢, 處理客戶投訴, 一般文書工作,接待客人
• 熟悉電腦操作, 熟練打字技巧，至少每分鐘30 字
• 注重細節，有良好的判斷力，主動，獨立工作能力
• 即時上班優先
