Responsibility: 

• Initiate, plan, formulate and execute promotional activities and online & offline marketing campaigns targetting at both new and existing clients
• Make recommendations on business direction and provide insigths on latest marketing trends to the company management team
• Liaise with inhouse account servicing & design teams, and vendors on all kinds of promotional & marketing activities (e.g. collaborations, digital platform, PR, etc)
• Work as a partner to the Company on project basis and report direct to the Executive Director

Requirements:

• A bachelor degress in Business Adminstration, Marketing, Advertising or Digital Media with at least 8 years of experience in marketing/promotion, of which at least 5 years are at senior managerial level
• Sound knowledge in both online & offline marketing, track record for successful cross-dimension marketing programs is preferred
• Strong marketing sense, good business and social connections would be an advantage
• Ability to think both strategically and creatively
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and marketing sense;
• Positive can-do attitude with strong initiative and follow through
• Strong understanding of marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) and how it pertains to the success of marketing activities
